Yes, it's normal. You can't run de CC process if you don't define a 
filter in the Configurator, otherwise MSNoise doesn't know how to 
bandpass the data before cross-correlation !
The I flags are "in progress", you should rechange those to "T"odo 
before relaunching CC.
