[MSNoise] there is no directory REF when running s04stack.py

Did the CC jobs finish correctly ? Do you see a STACKS/01/001_DAYS folder ?
Please paste the output of s04stack.py

(Be sure to use the 1.2.1 latest version, I corrected a bug (slow down) 
in 1.2 - in Stack)
