[MSNoise] there is no directory REF when running s04stack.py

I just copy s04stack.py and database_tools.py of 1.2.1 to the directory of 1.2. And Change name to s04stack_1.2.1.py.

When I run s04stack_1.2.1.py, the output looks fine. But I still can not see REF folder.
