Dear Thomas,
I want to say thanks you for giving me lot of advices.

recently, I review all the materials about MSNoise, and follow your
advices. Then I restarted the whole process again. Finally, I got the whole
results form my own data.
the results are very good. this software is so powerful and convenient.
I apologize to you for bothering you again and again, those errors should
not be produced and I should be able to fix them by my own.
I'm a undergraduate and a beginner, so maybe I asked some inappropriate
questions to you, I'll keep adjusting and learning this.

again, sorry and thank you very much.
