[MSNoise] Problem with mwcs_len and mwcs_step

Oscar,

it looks like you have a mix of MWCS files present, from "before" and 
"after" your change, which creates the bug you see when reading two 
tables with different number of columns.

You should delete the content of MWCS/* folder and re-run compute_mwcs
