Yes I do, I have the STACK directory with the daily and reference correlations.

Well, first you should not do the whole workflow without checking that each step has actually worked. For what I can tell, it seems your cross-correlations are not good, because the "distance plot" is supposed to show the REF of each pair vs distance.

1/ Could you paste the output of "msnoise info" in a text file and send it ?
- I send you the file with "msnoise info"

2/ is there a folder called STACKS/ in your project folder ?
- Yes, there is

3/ is there a folder called 001_DAYS/ in the STACKS folder
- Yes, there is. Under the folder "01" (corresponding to the filter 01)

4/ is there a folder called REF/ in the STACKS folder ?
- Yes, there is. Under the folder "01"
- Mi folder tree is MSNoise_TC/STACKS/01/001_DAYS... and MSNoise_TC/STACKS/01/REF...

The text file did not appear in the joint files...

Do you have in your working folder the STACK directory with the daily and
reference correlations? If not it means that the correlation computation
wasn't going really fine.
