Hi,

to be sure, set ref_begin and ref_end to the same values.

Then, nothing to do with this step, but be careful of your 
"cc_sampling_rate" at 100 Hz, it's quite high. Then the lowpass at 1Hz 
could be an issue when filtering (see the Filters config), if you plan 
to use 0.1-1.0 Hz band, set the lowpass to 2.0 at least.
