[MSNoise] msnoise installer

Hi Giuseppe,


There is a bug in the 1.4 version for python 3. Please momentarily use 
the dev version using these two commands:

pip uninstall msnoise

pip install http://msnoise.org/master.zip

this will install the latest dev version from github !

I'll release 1.4.1 soon with the bugfix
