[MSNoise] Cannot do stack job in all date?

Hi Shuye,

there are some possible causes of this:

1/ the start & end dates are not properly defined --> edit config

2/ the ref start & end dates are not properly defined --> edit config

3/ the CC jobs have been done more than 1 day ago --> run "msnoise stack 
-r -m -i 9999 " to include all computations,
