[MSNoise] Scan_archive issue

Hi Shuye,


this is a bug in MSNoise running on Python3. It has been reported 
(https://github.com/ROBelgium/MSNoise/issues/74) but I haven't corrected 
it yet.

Meanwhile, indeed, the --init should work OK (although slower)...
