[MSNoise] error in autocorrelation plotting2

Hi Sun Jie,

Still another error in the interferogram plot code:

change line 47 to if sta1>=sta2.

This was corrected in the current "dev" version. I plan to release 
MSNoise 1.5 in the coming weeks (right after obspy 1.1).
