[MSNoise] mySQL exclusion

Hi Linda,

Yes, it's doable. Look at the documentation on how to use the API and 
the core computing functions.

If your project is not huge, I'd still suggest you just run the CC in 
MSNoise, that will be the easiest way to go... (and will allow you to 
compare your CCF with the ones of MSNoise)
