[MSNoise] Changing startdate/enddate and ref_begin/ref_end

Possible issues:

* your new (well, old) data has no network code, or lower case network 
and/or station code

* the component code (channel actually, bad naming in msnoise) is wrong

* ...

could you send me a dump of the SQL tables (or the sqlite file) directly 
to my personal email address ?
