[MSNoise] Changing startdate/enddate and ref_begin/ref_end

Yes, startdate and enddate surround the period that I want to look at.

I had started with only two months, September and October.

I wanted to add August and November and changed the startdate and enddate accordingly. But the CCFtime plots only show Sept. and Oct.

Hey,

One thing: does startdate & endate "surround" the whole period? The CCFtime etc plots are based on startdate & enddate.
