[MSNoise] Questions about (1) input data format and (2) instrumental response

Hi,

it does support SAC, as for any other format supported by obspy 
(http://docs.obspy.org/packages/index.html).

please read the documentation and the paper 
(http://srl.geoscienceworld.org/content/85/3/715.full), everything is 
explained there.
