[MSNoise] [EXTERNAL] Re: stack fail

It seems that rms_threshold is still used for processing discrimination in
s02compute_cc.py. I had an error earlier that required a value so without
thinking just set it to 1. However that caused the correlations to never be
calculated. Setting it to 0, fixed the issue.
