[MSNoise] msnoise overlap parameter

Hi Thomas,

Yes, the "overlap" parameter is for correlation windows of the "raw" data.

The moving window cross spectrum window length is filter-dependent and 
therefore configurable in the Filters tab, using mwcs_wlen & _step.
