[MSNoise] MSNoise mwcs jobs error

Hi,

Please check:

  * you have the mov_stacks folders : --> ./STACKS/01/00x_DAYS (where x
    is 1,2,5 etc)
  * you have the REF stacks -> ./STACKS/01/REF/ ...
  * run msnoise reset MWCS --all then msnoise -v compute_mwcs too see if
    there are error messages
