[MSNoise] NameError: global name 'gps2DistAzimuth' is not defined

Dimitris,

Add this line at the beginning of the file "database_tools.py"

from obspy.core.util import gps2DistAzimuth


Thanks for the bug report, the fix will be included in the next release.
